Are your products nickel-free?
Yes! We offer a variety of base materials for our jewelry some of which are 100% nickel-free and designed with sensitive skin in mind. You can wear Intrinsic Charms with confidence.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country. Please note that customs fees may apply based on your location.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed in 2–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your region. We’ll send you a tracking number once your order ships.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Absolutely! You can return most items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Note: Earrings are final sale due to hygiene reasons unless defective.
How do I start a return?

My item arrived damaged—what now?
We’re so sorry! Please email us a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
