All items are listed with accurate product details. Slight variations may occur due to lighting or handmade characteristics.
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We use third-party drop-shipping suppliers to fulfill orders.
Estimated shipping times are displayed at checkout but may vary due to supplier location or customs delays.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect addresses.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused and returned in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and non-returnable unless defective.

5. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in [USD] and may be subject to change without notice.
We accept major credit cards and secure payment providers via Shopify/Etsy. Card rates starting at 2.9% + $0.30.
Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
