📦 Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the supplier.

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your destination.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

🌍 International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide! Customs duties or VAT fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

💎 Returns & Refunds

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless defective.

  • How to Request: Email support@intrinsic-charms.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive your return and approve it, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace it or issue a refund at no extra cost.
